About The Lotus Method

Our squad of fourteen pre/postnatal fitness experts have more than 40 years of combined personal training experience and have logged over 45,000 training sessions with new moms and moms-to-be. So we kinda know a thing or two!

We’ve created this site to make sure women have access to reliable, up-to-date and accurate information about exercise during the perinatal period- without scare tactics or unfounded claims.

The Lotus Method began in 2014 as the first personal training studio in San Francisco to cater exclusively to pregnant women, new mothers and women trying to conceive. In five years, we have expanded to four Bay Area locations. Expect big things from us! One day soon, we may appear on a mobile device or in a city near you!
